1. Create in a timely manner, a classy, interesting, and spiritually influenced image using photographs from family members of the deceased, to be printed on Memorial Cards, and/or on other media. The image is also included as the cover page for a slideshow presentation.
d. The rule "Buy As Is" may be used to protect Valx from the indecision's of family members. Nor will Valx accept a scenario whereby a certain family member does like the composition or layout, or the message and demands changes. And then another family does not like the color or texture and request changes be made. If none of first (three)drafts are accepted, Valx will refuse the commission and refund the down payment, minus dollars for the hours spent on the job.
